Oklahoma authorizes its notaries to perform online notarizations pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 49 §§ 201 et seq.
In addition, Oklahoma recognizes online notarizations that are properly performed by notaries of other states. The applicable interstate recognition laws are Okla. Stat. tit. 49 § 115 and tit. 16 §§ 35 & 37b.
