Arizona authorizes its notaries to perform online notarizations pursuant to Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. §§ 41-371 et seq (until June 30, 2022) and Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 41-263 (effective Jun 30, 2022).

In addition, Arizona recognizes online notarizations that are properly performed by notaries of other states. The applicable interstate recognition laws are Ariz. Rev. Stat. §§ 33-411 & 33-501 (until June 30, 2022) and Ariz. Rev. Stat. §§ 41-259 & 33-411 (effective June 30, 2022).
